Mexican Hot Chocoalte

Until I started keeping a record of the food I ate I had no idea how much Mexican I ate so its no surprise I enjoy a nice hot cup of Mexican hot chocolate. The lovely chocolate and Chilli mixture is always a winner and will warm you up like nothing else on a winters day
its super easy too.
Here's what you need;

3 Tablespoons Instant Hot Chocolate (I used Jarrah)
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
Dash of Vanilla extract
a Pinch Chilli Powder
1/4 Cup Milk
3/4 Cup boiled water

In a big Mug Add the first 5 ingredients add enough water to make a paste
stir until smooth
Top up with the hot water stir up and enjoy
