Harrissa spiced Cod Fillet with Moroccan Sweet Potato Chips

MMMM Fish and Chips whats better than that! But it can cost a fortune and well lets be honest not the healthiest thing to order out. but you can have this meal made and on the table in about 20 Min's and afterwards you wont have that horrible bloated feeling when your body is trying to decide what to do with all the extra fat you fed it. Here's what you are going to need;

Fish Fillets (I used frozen cod I bought at the Spud Shed, I think it cost about $10 for about 10 pieces, pretty darn good!)
Optional Add in Prawns (again bought at the Spud shed $20 for the bag)
 1/4 Tsp Harissa Middle Eastern Spices ( you can buy this with all the other spices in the grocery store)

Sweet potato Chipped Skin left on
Spray Oil
1/2 Tsp Moroccan Seasoning
The Seasonings I used

Preheat your oven to 250C place the chips in a plastic bag
spray with oil and dust in the Seasoning Swish them all around in the bag together and place on a tray in the oven for about 10-15 Min's turning once so they are nice and crisp on both sides

While they are cooking spray the fish and prawns (if you are using them with a little oil and rub on the seasoning
Pan fry on a griddle pan, BBQ or fry pan
Cook for a few Min's on each side or until cooked thru
Serve with the chips on the side
