Baked Apple and Cinnamon Cous Cous

I was getting sick of serving pureed fruit to the baby everyday and wanted to come up with something that I could make a big batch of and freeze for later, this turned out so great she had to share with me too. heres what you will need
ready to pop in hot water, so easy

1 Cup Cooked Cous Cous
1 Apple peeled and grated
1 whole egg or 2 egg whites
Spray oil
Optional add in; raisins
In a bowl mix Cous Cous, egg, apple and cinnamon until combined
Spray 4 ramekins lightly with oil
divide mixture between the ramekins
Bake in a preheated oven 175C for bout 15 min
Baking in the oven
