Sweet potato Chips

Steak, egg and chips has always been a favourite in our house, as with many I am sure. I didn't want to miss out on this yummy meal but still stick to my eating plan. Heres how I do it;

1 Sweet potato chopped into chips
1 tsp of Olive oil
1 tsp of seasoning (I used PeriPeri)

Pre-heat oven to 250C. place Sweet potato in a plastic bag with the oil and seasoning to coat. spread them on a baking dish and pop in the oven, turning once so they get nicely browned on both sides. cooking for about 10-15 mins serve as a side to your favourite meal
